On both sides of the Sawla-Damango road, guests may notice skilled farmers cultivating fields, harvesting eggs and tending to flocks. These efforts feed not only our guests at the Sawla View Lodge & Restaurant, but also the children and staff at the Sawla View Children’s Home and others in our community.
From garden to table, Sawla View Lodge prides itself on fresh ingredients.
Sawla Children’s Home owns one of the few tractors in the region, increasing the yield of not just our farming efforts, but also those of neighboring farms, who lease the tractor from the children’s home. This provides greater food security for the entire community.
